Worker's Compensation

Insurance that pays for medical care and physical rehabilitation of injured workers and helps to replace lost wages while they are unable to work as required under Title 33, Government Code of Guam, otherwise known as Public Law 80, First Guam Legislature, Workmen's Compensation Law of Guam. Coverage is also required in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands under Public Law 6-33, Workmen's Compensation Law of CNMI

Employer's Liability

Policy protects businesses against the costs of compensating employees who are injured or ill because of their work. Under Guam Law, all businesses are required to carry a minimum limit of $100,000 and in the CNMI, the minimum limit is $40,000. Business owners have the option to increase this limit up to $1,000,000 for an additional premium.

United States Longshoreman's and Harbor Act Coverage

The Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA) provides employment-injury and occupational-disease protection to employees who are injured or contract occupaticnal disease occurring on the navigable waters of the United States of America and its territories, or in adjoining areas, and for certain other classes of workers covered by extensions of this Act.
